3. Redistricting based on statistical rather than partisan factors
4. Transparent and accurate information about what is happening

Looks like a pretty good list. Hopefully President Obama will do a comprehensive package that will address many of these issues all at once. It would be great to have a national conversation about how to strengthen our democracy.
