We need to lead by example.

If we are concerned about threats and dictatorships in other parts of the world, the first thing we should do is set a good example.

Just as in healthcare, prevention is much less expensive compared to emergency care.

I'm excited dictatorships are falling.  I hope it can happen through peaceful forms of pressure and technological freedoms.

The instability of transition needs support and motivation.  One of the easiest things we can do is provide leadership by setting a psotive example.

For decades, economic freedom and democratic justice have motivated millions of people to move beyond dictatorships.

I don't mind partisan differences becasue there are differences.  The fact that the differences are contained within a peaceful democratic system is a example of how peace can operate.

However, the amountof money and the influence of large special interests in our "democratic" system is not a good example.

We have work to do.
