Watch the Kentucky General Assembly Live: Video Feed, Session Dates and How to Follow
This player shows the KY LRC Committee Meetings YouTube channel when it is live. When lawmakers are not meeting, it may say the video is unavailable, so use the official link below.
What Is This Feed?
KET, Kentucky's public broadcaster, offers gavel-to-gavel coverage of the General Assembly's 100 representatives and 38 senators in Frankfort. The player here uses the Legislative Research Commission's committee meetings channel.
When Can I Watch?
The 2026 session ran from January 6 to April 15. Even-year sessions run up to 60 days, and odd-year sessions up to 30 days. Dates change each year, so confirm the current calendar on the official site.
Why This Feed Matters?
Long before streaming, KET brought Frankfort into living rooms across Appalachia and bluegrass country alike. That tradition shows public broadcasting at its best: the same facts, for the same price of nothing, in every county.
