Watch the Missouri General Assembly Live: Video Feed, Session Dates and How to Follow

This feed plays on its own official site, so there is no player on this page. Use the link below to watch.

What Is This Feed?

Missouri's House and Senate each stream floor debates from their own sites, house.mo.gov and senate.mo.gov. The General Assembly has 163 representatives, one of the largest state houses, and 34 senators in Jefferson City.

When Can I Watch?

The 2026 session ran from January 7 to May 15. Missouri's session opens in January and ends by mid-May, and a September veto session can follow. Dates change each year, so confirm the current calendar on the official site.

Why This Feed Matters?

Missouri's Senate is known for long filibusters, and a single senator can hold up a bill for hours. Watching one unfold shows a side of democracy that news summaries miss: how a minority can force a pause and a public argument.

Common Questions

Does the Missouri Senate allow filibusters?
Yes. Senators there have been known to hold the floor for long stretches.

Is there a veto session?
