Watch the Montana Legislature Live: Video Feed, Session Dates and How to Follow
This player shows the Montana Public Affairs Network YouTube channel when it is live. When lawmakers are not meeting, it may say the video is unavailable, so use the official link below.
What Is This Feed?
Montana's legislative coverage runs through the Montana Public Affairs Network, known as MPAN, along with Watch and Listen links on leg.mt.gov. The Legislature has 100 representatives and 50 senators in Helena.
When Can I Watch?
Montana had no 2026 regular session, because its Legislature meets in odd-numbered years, for up to 90 days, starting in January. Interim committees can still meet between sessions. Dates change each year, so confirm the current calendar on the official site.
Why This Feed Matters?
Meeting only every other year keeps Montana's government close to its citizen roots, with ranchers and teachers serving as lawmakers. It also means each 90-day session carries two years of decisions, which makes those weeks well worth watching.
